Local Market
From Wednesday, June 25th, and every Wednesday throughout the summer and into early autumn, we host a small farmers' market from 9am to 12pm.
This weekly gathering brings together a selection of local producers who share our core values of sustainability, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, and ethical production.
You’ll find seasonal vegetables, free-range chicken and duck eggs, biological honey, homemade bread, kombucha, and lots of different products, all crafted with care by small-scale farms and artisans committed to respectful and responsible practices.
If you're a like-minded producer and would like to participate,
feel free to contact us!

Aperitivos
Last Wednesday of the month,
starting May 28th
On the last Wednesday of each month—May through August—we host a series of special evening aperitivo gatherings in the peaceful setting of our garden. These events are a chance to unwind, connect with others, and celebrate good food, drinks, and music in harmony with nature.
Each night has a different theme, featuring homemade seasonal food, selected drinks, and a unique atmosphere. Whether you're a local or just passing through, you’re warmly invited to join us!

Pizza Night Aperitivo
May 28th 2025
We open the season with a “giro pizza” night: we’ll keep the oven hot and the pizzas coming!
Enjoy one slice at a time as fresh, seasonal toppings rotate from the kitchen to the crowd. The vibe is relaxed and informal—music playing, people mingling, and pizza shared freely among friends.
Local Producers’ Aperitivo
June 25th 2025
This evening marks the official launch of our weekly Farmers' Market!
Several local producers will be present to showcase and sell their goods, from veggies and eggs to bread, honey, and more. Our aperitivo menu will feature homemade dishes using these same fresh products—a delicious way to get to know the people and the flavors behind them.
Artisanal Aperitivo
July 30th 2025
A celebration of handmade beauty and local craftsmanship.
Browse through stalls featuring jewelry, colorful hand-printed socks, ceramic decorations, and much more—while sipping a summer drink and enjoying a fresh, creative aperitivo. The evening blends food, art, and nature into one lively gathering.
Jam Session & Open Mic
August 29th 2025 (Friday)
We end the season with a vibrant jam session and open mic night, featuring live music, spontaneous performances, and room for all voices and instruments.
Whether you're a musician, a poet, or simply someone who loves a good rhythm, this is a night for sharing, listening, and enjoying one last summer evening together—complete with food, drinks, and good vibes.
Coming soon...
We’re currently in the process of planning a series of workshops focused on building self-sufficiency and putting into practice the R-strategies: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Regenerate.
While nothing is set yet in terms of dates or structure, we’re exploring different topics and formats, and would love to hear from anyone interested in joining or contributing. All workshops will take place outdoors, in tents in our garden, and will combine theory with hands-on practice.
Some of the ideas currently on the table include:
Outdoor Toilets & Showers
How to plan, build, and use a composting toilet and outdoor shower—reducing water consumption, closing the nutrient cycle, and regenerating the land.
Natural Ponds
How to design, dig, and maintain a natural pond as a way to harvest and recycle rainwater, support biodiversity, and enhance the landscape.
If you're curious, excited, or have skills to share, feel free to reach out!
