All our services are provided in the area around Anghiari and are rooted in the values of permaculture, which is a way of shaping the land and creating human settlements by observing and mimicking the natural world.
We provide a wide range of services, focusing on nurturing and showcasing the beauty and bounty of nature. We aspire to establish trust and amiability in our relationships, which we hope to nurture into the long-term. This allows for the potential to take on more responsibility for roles such as project or land manager.
Edible Gardens, a project by our resident Eleonora, is a project rooted in agroecology — an approach that applies ecological thinking to agriculture and landscape design.
Eleonora offers three services: design and planning for gardens, consultations aswell as workshops and one-on-one mentoring.
As Home and Garden solutions, Sam offers a variety of outdoor carpentry and building services including the design and construction of outdoor benches, wooden fences, and pergolas.
Happy Belly is a fermentation project born right here at Casa Le Mura, by Laura and Bea.
What started as a small, home-based experiment is now growing into a local micro-business dedicated to producing kombucha, sourdough bread, kimchi, sauerkraut, and other wild ferments.
